Difference between PRX-PLUS and PRX-T33

Both treatments are topical skin boosters and are not chemical peels. What makes PRX-PLUS unique is its use of homocycsteic acid and ammonium tricholoacetate. This formulation is specifically designed to help even skin tones by removing excess melanin. This helps patients decrease the visibility of hyperpigmention, and dark spots, and achieve a consistent skin tone in their treatment area. By contrast, PRX-T33’s formula is focused on de-aging and decreasing the visibility of a variety of blemishes including acne scarring, rosacea, and stretch marks. Patients can receive either or both treatments based on their unique skin goals.

Which one to choose?

•  If your skin concerns are fine lines, mild laxity, early signs of aging, maybe some texture issues → PRX-T33 is likely sufficient.
•  If your skin concerns include pigmentation (melasma, sun spots), deeper wrinkles, more advanced skin-damage → PRX-PLUS may be the better choice.

How homocysteic acid works on the skin

Homocysteic acid + ammonium trichloroacetate

In the PRX-PLUS formula, homocysteic acid works together with ammonium trichloroacetate (a modified form of TCA):
•  HCA helps buffer and stabilize the TCA, allowing it to act deeper in the skin while minimizing surface irritation.
•  This combination promotes melanin regulation (helpful for hyperpigmentation) and dermal rejuvenation without downtime.

Protocol

Clean and dry the skin of the treated area with WiQo P Solution
Apply PRX-PLUS to the skin, massage until the product is completely absorbed. Apply 2-5 times during the session.
Wash and rinse the skin with a soaked cotton pad and apply a Moisturizing and Nourishing Cream (for dry skin or normal skin) 2 to 3 times a day.
