Standard Shipping
- Carrier: Ukrposhta (international standard airmail service). Estimated delivery time is approximately 14-18 days, depending on the destination country. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.
- A tracking number is provided for every order once it has been shipped.
International shipping (rest of the world)
Processing time: 1-3 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the items you order.

Expedited Shipping
- Carrier: Nova Post + UPS.
- Nova Global transports the shipment to Poland, where it is handed over to UPS for final delivery.
- Estimated delivery time: approximately 7-10 days from the date of shipment, excluding holidays and any possible delays caused by customs clearance.

If a package is returned to us due to the customer’s refusal to pay import taxes in the destination country, a 10% restocking fee will be applied, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you have any special requests regarding package value, please contact us before you place an order.
Before placing an order, it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify with their local customs authorities whether the product can be imported into their country. If the package is shipped and customs at the destination country rejects the import, we will issue a refund only after we have received the returned package. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be applied if the item is returned in brand-new condition, with all original seals intact. However, if customs have opened the product for inspection and the original seal is broken, a higher restocking fee may apply, depending on the condition of the returned item.
