Returns

Beauty and skincare products cannot be returned due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
You can always contact us for any question via email.

If you received a wrong item, you can return it within 30 days in unused condition. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address 

The buyer is responsible for providing correct and complete shipping address including a valid phone number. If the buyer provided incomplete/wrong shipping address and the courier cannot deliver the package, then it will be returned to us and the buyer will be charged for the return plus 10% restocking fee.
If the package was returned because of incomplete/wrong shipping address and was lost in transit, no refund will be issued. Please double check the information you enter upon checkout.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is make a separate purchase for the new item.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at skincvre@gmail.com to start a return process. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
